In the fall of 2022, the Saklan Board of Trustees adopted the Saklan Interim Strategic Framework. The Framework, while drafted at the board level, received input from teachers, parents, and administration. Its purpose is to focus our work here at Saklan as we move toward our CAIS/WASC Re-Accreditation Report in the Spring of 2024. We will then use the information from that report to refine our next strategic initiative.
There shouldn't be any surprises as you read through the Framework. Much of what you will see are tenets that we have been focusing on over the past several years; belonging, connection, curiosity, and experiential learning are at the heart of what creates a lifelong love of learning.
