Welcome

Hello, and thank you for your interest in The Saklan School! We are happy that your search for a school has brought you to our website. As you may know, many schools are continuing with an option of distance learning this school year. The Saklan School, however, is not offering that option at this time. We are in person for all students. Although it takes continual effort to make safe choices for our community, having all students on campus reminds us of why we all do what we do. There is joy, energy, connection and collaboration that we feel are essential to a positive and effective learning environment.

Having a full house again means that we are taking careful precautions for all members of our community. Therefore, The Saklan School is postponing on-campus tours and visits. While we understand that setting foot on campus is a preferred method of researching a school, it is not possible at this time.

We hope that as you watch the videos and scroll through the pages on our website, you will notice that this community is made up of engaged, joyful learners who support one another through triumphs and challenges. Saklan is a unique and personal place - the opportunities for social-emotional learning, self-reflection and growth are unparalleled.

The deadline to apply for our 2022-23 school year is Friday, January 28th. Our applications are now available online and we have posted our Virtual Open House schedules. We hope that you can make it to one of our events to learn more about Saklan. As we move further through the admissions season (and COVID), we hope to be able to open the campus up for applicant families. We look forward to getting to know your family!
