Extended Day Hours and Monthly Payment Plans:
Extended Day is available Monday – Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Extended Day is billed at a flat rate of $14.00/hour. Billing is processed on the 15th of every school month, except August, and automatically with the credit card information or electronic fund transfer that you provide on the registration form.

Important Reminders about Pick up and Drop off:
Parents, guardians or those adults listed on the emergency form are the only authorized persons to pick up or drop off your children. These authorized adults must sign-out with the Extended Day teacher at pick up.
In order to allow our Extended Day teachers to get home to their families in a timely fashion, we ask that you pick your child up by 5:30 p.m. If your child is picked up after 5:30 p.m., there will be a late charge of $1 for every minute which will appear on your monthly statement.
An identification card or driver’s license must be shown when the person picking up the child is not known to the Extended Day caregiver and is not on a child’s emergency form. Parents or guardians must provide a written note with signature, an e-mail or a fax with signature stating permission for a different person to pick up or drop off the child. The notice should contain the name of the person and what time they will be arriving, as well as the number of days this person will be picking up or dropping off.
Extended Day Program Information:E
Our Extended Day program offers structure and flexibility. Students are encouraged to make their own choices and to take initiative. They may participate in organized activities or play with their friends and socialize. They may be indoors or outdoors and play in a group or complete their homework.
Middle School students are allowed to work on their laptops during Extended Day as long as they work on school-related work.

Noon Dismissal:
Extended Day is offered during most noon dismissal days which include conference days. Please refer to the school calendar and prearrange your Extended Day needs by signing up as requested.
